Journaling

So, I got an email from Kacey's history teacher today. She sends one out each week to let us know what they are learning and upcoming events, etc.. Well, she started out with "Can you believe your children only have 6 1/2 weeks left of Middle School?" which totally floored me. I knew High School was coming up and everything, but in 6 1/2 weeks she will be a FRESHMAN. Hard to believe!!
We have had a busy week and its only half over! Sunday morning Stephen woke me up with a high fever. It went down to about 102, but didn't go away. Took him to the doctor on Monday and he has Strep and a sinus infection. Fun Stuff!! He finally went back to school today. Craig is busily working on his senior project and getting ready for finals. So, we don't get to see him much. Its okay though, he only has about 2 weeks left and then he will be done. David started a new job. He is working for UPS now. He unloads trucks in the evenings. It is good for him. They are not open on sunday so there is no pressure to work sundays now. He is starting a lifeguarding class on saturday. Says he wants to lifeguard this summer during the day and work UPS at night. We will see how it goes!! Bethany is doing great in school. She is preparing for a field trip next week to Jamestown. She started taking a cooking class this 9 weeks. She really loves to cook, so it will be a lot of fun for her. I will be glad once summer is here, we can all slow down and enjoy things a little more.
